Do Scottish Ghosts Wear Kilts?and If So Are They Danglers.?
ever watch Scooby Doo? They had Scottish ghosts in some of the episodes & they wore kilts. I’m not quite sure about the dangling part though considering cartoons are suppose to be G rated, right? LOL! I’m assuming that they ARE danglers!
