Where Can I Buy Size 18 Plaid Mini Skirt?
For Halloween I am going to dress as a very modern Scottish bagpipe player. As part of the costume I want to wear a scottish plaid mini skirt as a “modern”kilt. Can someone tell me where I can buy one. I checked in one small local store and the sales girl said I would need a size 18 or 1X but she did not have anything that would fit me.
